- 2 cups leftover lobster meat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Add the leftover lobster meat and chopped celery.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Toast the hamburger buns lightly.
- Place lettuce on the bottom half of each bun.
- Scoop the lobster mixture on top of the lettuce.
- Cover with the top half of the bun and serve.
