- 1 whole lobster (about 1.5 lbs)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the lobster and cook for about 10-12 minutes until bright red.
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Remove the lobster from the pot and let it cool slightly.
- Crack the lobster shell and remove the meat.
- Add the lobster meat to the pan with butter and garlic.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to warm through.
- Serve with extra melted butter on the side.
