Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot.
  2. Add lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Peel and chop potatoes.
  4. Boil potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
  5. Drain potatoes and mash with milk and butter.
  6. Season mashed potatoes with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve lobster over mashed potatoes and garnish with chives.
