- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 8 small toasted bread rounds
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Add salt, pepper, chives, celery, and paprika. Mix well.
- Spoon the lobster mixture onto each toasted bread round.
- Garnish with additional chives if desired.
- Serve immediately.
