Ingredients

- 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small tart shells
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Add the celery and parsley. Stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill the tart shells with the lobster mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the shells are golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
