Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice.
- Add in the chopped lobster, artichokes, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with chips or bread.
