Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice.
  3. Add in the chopped lobster, artichokes, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Serve warm with chips or bread.
