A delicious lobster bake featuring fresh lobster, corn, and potatoes.
Ingredients

- 2 live lobsters (1.5 lbs each)
- 4 ears of corn, husked and cut in half
- 4 medium potatoes, quartered
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, boil water and add the lobsters for 5 minutes.
- Remove lobsters and cool before cracking the claws.
- In a large baking dish, arrange the potatoes, corn, and lobsters.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley.

- This dish is best served immediately.
- You can add other seafood like clams or shrimp.
