Ingredients

- 1 lb lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the lobster meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, green onions, mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- These can be frozen before baking.
