A delicious recipe for lobster balls that are perfect as an appetizer or a main dish.

- 1 lb lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, egg, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into small balls.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the balls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
