Description
Lobster bisque pasta sauce is a creamy and rich sauce made with lobster, perfect for pasta dishes.
Ingredients

- 2 cups lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup lobster stock
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup shallots, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add shallots and sauté until soft.
- Pour in white wine and cook until reduced by half.
- Stir in lobster stock and tomato paste.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Mix in chopped lobster meat and paprika.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
