Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup lobster stock
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup shallots, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add shallots and sauté until soft.
  3. Pour in white wine and cook until reduced by half.
  4. Stir in lobster stock and tomato paste.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Mix in chopped lobster meat and paprika.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
