Ingredients

- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Chop the lobster meat into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix lobster, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the lobster bites until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- Serve with cocktail sauce or aioli.
- Can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
