Description
A delicious lobster BLT sandwich combining fresh lobster with crispy bacon and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 slices of tomato
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread lobster mixture on one slice of bread.
- Add bacon, lettuce, and tomato on top of the lobster.
- Top with the second slice of bread.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
- Feel free to add avocado for extra creaminess.
- Serve with a side of chips or salad.
