Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 2 leaves of lettuce
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, combine lobster meat with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  4. Spread lobster mixture on one slice of bread.
  5. Add bacon, lettuce, and tomato on top of the lobster.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread.
  7. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
