Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Split the lobster tails down the middle and place them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic on top.
- Bake the lobster for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the lobster and return to the oven.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until eggs are set.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
