Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices of baguette
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine lobster, tomatoes, onion, basil, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden.
- Top each baguette slice with the lobster mixture.
- Serve immediately.
