- 2 lobsters, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- 1 cup black beans, drained
- 1/2 cup corn, cooked
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Cook the lobsters and chop the meat.
- Prepare the rice and black beans.
- In a bowl, mix the lobster, rice, beans, corn, avocado, salsa, and cilantro.
- Warm the tortillas on a skillet.
- Spoon the mixture onto each tortilla.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and serve.
