Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Boil lobsters in salted water for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove lobsters and let cool. Extract meat from shells.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in lobster meat, lemon juice, parsley, and salt.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm over seafood or pasta.
