Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine lobster meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
