Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh lobster meat, cooked and diced
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat and lime juice. Mix well.
- Add red onion, cucumber, cilantro, and jalapeño.
- Season with salt and mix thoroughly.
- Let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips or on tostadas.
