- 2 live lobsters (1.5 pounds each)
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add lobsters to the pot and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove lobsters and let them cool.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the butter.
- Serve lobster with the garlic butter sauce and garnish with parsley.
