- 1 pound cooked lobster meat
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy and drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix the lobster meat with mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- On one slice of bread, layer lettuce, lobster mixture, bacon, and tomato.
- Top with another slice of bread and repeat layers.
- Finish with the last slice of bread on top.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
