Delicious seafood cakes made with lobster and crab meat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup crab meat, cooked and picked
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine lobster and crab meat.
- Add breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh seafood for best flavor.
- Chill the patties for 30 minutes before frying for better shape.
- Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
