Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Hard-boil the eggs and let them cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add the lobster meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
  5. Mash the mixture until smooth.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the lobster mixture.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives.
