Description
A selection of side dishes that pair perfectly with lobster dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of asparagus, trimmed
- 2 cups of baby potatoes, halved
- 1 cup of corn kernels
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil baby potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- In a separate pot, steam asparagus for 5 minutes.
- In a skillet, melt butter and add corn kernels, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the corn. Stir well.
- Combine potatoes, asparagus, and corn in a serving dish.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
