- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Add in the chopped lobster meat and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Stir in green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with chips or bread.
