- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup dumpling wrappers
- 1/2 cup scallions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the lobster meat, scallions, cream cheese, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of filling onto the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold over to seal.
- Steam the dumplings for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce of choice.
