Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lobster, cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry egg rolls until golden brown on both sides.
