Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place a spoonful of the filling onto the center of an egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
- Seal the edges with a bit of water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
