- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package empanada dough
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix lobster meat, cream cheese, onion, bell pepper, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out empanada dough and cut into circles.
- Place a spoonful of the lobster mixture in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over to form a half-moon shape and press to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
