  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package empanada dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix lobster meat, cream cheese, onion, bell pepper, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out empanada dough and cut into circles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the lobster mixture in the center of each circle.
  5. Fold the dough over to form a half-moon shape and press to seal.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
