Description

Ingredients

- 2 lobsters (1.5 pounds each)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound spaghetti
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water.
- Cook spaghetti until al dente, then drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add crushed tomatoes and white wine, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add lobsters and cook until they turn bright red.
- Stir in parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Toss spaghetti with the sauce and lobsters.
- Serve immediately.
