Description
A delicious grilled cheese sandwich made with lobster.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side, layer lobster mixture and cheddar cheese.
- Top with the other slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
- Experiment with different cheeses if desired.
- Serve with a side of soup for a complete meal.
