- 2 lobsters
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove lobsters and let cool.
- In a pan, melt butter and add garlic.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Cut lobsters in half and brush with garlic butter.
- Grill the lobsters for 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- Fresh lobsters work best.
- Adjust cooking time based on lobster size.
- Serve with a side of garlic bread.
