- 1 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add the lobster meat to the mixture and stir gently.
- Transfer the lobster mixture into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Dust with paprika for color.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
