Description

A rich and flavorful lobster lasagna that combines layers of pasta with creamy sauce and tender lobster meat.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked lobster meat
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
  5. Place three lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  6. Add half of the ricotta mixture, followed by half of the lobster meat and a layer of mozzarella.
  7. Repeat the layers, ending with noodles on top.
  8. Pour heavy cream over the top layer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  10. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
