- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked lobster meat
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
- Place three lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Add half of the ricotta mixture, followed by half of the lobster meat and a layer of mozzarella.
- Repeat the layers, ending with noodles on top.
- Pour heavy cream over the top layer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
- Let leftovers cool completely before storing.
- This dish can be made ahead and frozen.
