- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour, salt, pepper, and paprika to the melted butter. Whisk to combine.
- Slowly add milk while whisking until smooth. Cook until thickened.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Add cooked macaroni and lobster meat. Mix well.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
- You can substitute other cheeses if desired.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
