Description
A delicious lobster melt sandwich with melted cheese and fresh lobster meat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (like parsley or chives)
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and herbs.
- Spread the mixture on one slice of bread.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Place the other slice of bread on top.
- Butter the outside of the sandwich.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
