- 2 fresh lobsters
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot.
- Add lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove lobsters and let cool.
- In a pan, melt butter and add garlic.
- Add lobster meat and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
