  • 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lobster tails in boiling water for 5-7 minutes, then remove and cool.
  3. Extract the meat from the lobster tails and chop it into pieces.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  5. Add the flour and stir for 2 minutes to form a roux.
  6. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until thickened.
  7. Add the Gruyère and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.

  9. Add the lobster meat to the sauce and mix well.
