- 2 lobster tails
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lobster tails in boiling water for 5-7 minutes, then remove and cool.
- Extract the meat from the lobster tails and chop it into pieces.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the flour and stir for 2 minutes to form a roux.
- Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until thickened.
- Add the Gruyère and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
- Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Add the lobster meat to the sauce and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with additional cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
