Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Add chopped lobster, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with crackers or bread.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more cayenne if desired.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated.
