Description

A delicious lobster bake featuring fresh lobster, corn, and potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 2 live lobsters (1.5 lbs each)
  • 4 ears of corn, husked and cut in half
  • 4 medium potatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil water and add the lobsters for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove lobsters and cool before cracking the claws.
  4. In a large baking dish, arrange the potatoes, corn, and lobsters.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the top and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley.
