Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add salt to the boiling water.
- Carefully add lobsters to the pot, headfirst.
- Cover the pot and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove lobsters and place them in an ice bath.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and lemon juice, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve lobster with garlic butter sauce.
