- 1 cup jackfruit, shredded
- 1 cup seaweed, soaked and chopped
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon old bay seasoning
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine shredded jackfruit, seaweed, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, and old bay seasoning.
- Mix in coconut milk until combined.
- Form the mixture into leg shapes and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges and dipping sauce.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Can substitute jackfruit with tofu if preferred.
