- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell down the center.
- Gently pull the lobster meat out and place it on top of the shell.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Add minced garlic and lemon juice to the melted butter.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve hot.
Notes
- Fresh lobster tails work best.
- Do not overcook to prevent rubbery texture.
- Serve with additional melted butter if desired.
