Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell down the center.
  3. Gently pull the lobster meat out and place it on top of the shell.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  5. Add minced garlic and lemon juice to the melted butter.
  6. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and serve hot.
