- 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies

- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine crushed cookies and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into a baking dish to form a crust.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Add sugar and peppermint extract to the whipped cream and mix well.
- Fold in crushed peppermint candies.
- Pour the cream mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
