- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Crush the peppermint candies and set aside.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract to the cream.
- Continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the crushed peppermint candies and chocolate chips.
- Transfer the mixture to a dessert dish and freeze for 4 hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
