- 3 cups peppermint ice cream, softened
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven and prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
- Bake the chocolate cake and let it cool completely.
- Once cooled, slice the cake in half horizontally.
- Spread a layer of peppermint ice cream on the bottom half of the cake.
- Place the top half of the cake back on.
- Cover the entire cake with whipped cream.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the cake.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
