A rich and creamy peppermint mocha creamer for your coffee.
Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and milk over medium heat.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk and chocolate syrup.
- Heat until warm, but do not boil.
- Add peppermint extract and stir well.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Shake well before using.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sweetened condensed milk.
- Can be used in hot or iced coffee.
