This peppermint pie is a refreshing dessert with a creamy filling and a chocolate crust.

- 1 pre-made chocolate pie crust
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add peppermint extract and crushed peppermint candies to the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into the chocolate pie crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, sprinkle cocoa powder on top for garnish.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Use more or less peppermint extract to suit your taste.
- Garnish with additional crushed peppermint if desired.
