Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add peppermint extract and crushed peppermint candies to the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the chocolate pie crust.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle cocoa powder on top for garnish.
