- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup peppermint extract
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare cake mix according to package instructions.
- Bake in a 9×13 inch pan.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Poke holes in the cake with a fork.
- Mix peppermint extract with sweetened condensed milk.
- Pour mixture over the cake, filling the holes.
- Top with whipped topping.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
