Instructions
- Prepare the yellow cake mix according to package instructions.
- Bake in a 9×13 inch pan and let it cool completely.
- In a bowl, combine crushed pineapple (with juice), cool whip, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Spread the pineapple mixture over the cooled cake.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
