- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub the pork roast with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
- Rub the herb mixture all over the roast.
- Place the roast in a roasting pan.
- Roast for 1.5 to 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the roast rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
